1.What is a Collection in this site?
We have grouped the products in a manner to make a readily available collection for you. This way we have ensured that you get maximum utility of all products. As for e.g. in case of “Away From Home” theme, we have a collection by name “Travel Global” which includes products for you to enjoy or use during your vacations. Another example can be our “Home Décor” collections. If you opt for these, you do not have to search and put together products to decorate a part of your home. We have done the work for you.
2.Do I have to buy the entire collection?
We have thoughtfully designed the collection to help you effectively use the products. And yes, as of now, you should purchase the entire collection. In near future, there will be an option to create your own collection. We know, it would be so much fun.
3.How do I make a purchase?
Once you enquire about a collection we will get an email, to which we will reply within 24 hours. Thereafter, we will guide you to complete the purchase.

1.Why is the finish of the product crude?
The products in our website are handcrafted and the making process has remained same for years and generations. These are legacy techniques, which is why the finish might have certain imperfections, which may be visible on very close observations. Nonetheless these imperfections only add to their beauty.
2.Why does the colour and design of the received product differs from the one seen in website?
Since the products are sourced from various artisans the colours and the designs vary. It is practically impossible to keep repeating the same design, as each design reflects the workmanship and difference in creativity of artisans. However, we will ensure to mention the same against the products where this difference may occur.
3.Why is the dimension of received product different from what mentioned in website?
We have mentioned dimensions as per a single batch. As many of the products are handcrafted, hence minute differences may be observed and taken into consideration. Be rest assured the variations will be negligible.
4. Photography disclaimer
All pictures are taken in natural light to keep the objects true to actual colour. However, some camera effects may automatically get incorporated which is beyond our control.
1.Do you accept bulk orders?
As of now no. However, you can mention the quantity while sending the inquiry. We will reply to you with the feasibility of same. Please note that the maximum order of same collection cannot go beyond 5.
2.Can I cancel/change my order?
Yes you can cancel the order before the shipment has left us. After which it wouldn’t be possible. However once an order is placed and payment is done, changing the order will not be possible.
3.How do I know my order is placed?
On receipt of payment we will send you a confirmation email.
4.Will all the products in a collection be packed in the same box?
Yes, all products would be in same box.
5. What are the mode of payments.
You can transfer the amount through net banking. If in some scenario where you are unable to do so, you can deposit a cheque to our account.
6. Why don’t you accept COD (Cash on delivery)?
We think bank transactions are easier and fool proof for both customers and us. A bank transaction is proof of payment made and hence your money is safe.
1.How do I return my product?
We do not accept returns unless an item in your package has been damaged/broken during transit. In such a scenario, on receipt of the package you need to email us within 48 hours. A clear picture of the damaged / broken product needs to be attached to the mail. After verifying the same we will ship you a fresh replacement for the damaged product. Note: Imperfections in products as mentioned earlier will not to be considered as damage.
2.How soon can I receive the order?
We ship our products every Wednesday and Saturday. After which our courier partners should deliver them to you within 7 working days. Upon dispatch, we will email the courier name and tracking details via email for you to refer.
3. Is there any additional shipping charge ?
We may charge a small shipping fee based on the product and the delivery address.
4.Why do you dispatch only two days?
Since many of our products are fragile, we do that to ensure proper packaging and shipment to you.
5.Do you ship internationally?
Currently international shipping is not supported. We do ship all over India.
